I am a true native Floridian, born and raised in Miami in 1966.  I have lived in Florida all of my life, until 2008 when I left for New York State for a short time, then returned back to my home state.  

I have been fortunate to share in various relationships with men that each have added something unique to my life, including my first leatherman, Dennis, who at the time was the current “Mr. Florida Drummer 1994”. He was the first man to introduce me to the world of leather and bought me my first piece of leather, a bar vest – something I will never forget. It was then that I got a small taste of the leather world, but had yet to be introduced to the leather community as a whole. 

I still am very much active in the leather and bear communities and now consider myself a leather-bearcub.
